Serene Chan & Co. was founded in the year 2001.

About Ms Serene Chan

Serene graduated from National University of Singapore. She was a lawyer at Tan, Lee & Choo until she started her own firm. She is grateful to her mentors Mr Tan Kai Hoe and Mr Lee Min Sen.   In 2001, she set up Serene Chan & Co. as a niche practice specializing in family law and property law.

During her years of legal practice, Serene has found fulfillment in helping people through her profession. Clients feel comfortable with her. Many have subsequently referred friends and relatives to her for legal services. In turn, her life has been enriched by people who have come to her as clients and left as friends.

Serene is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Serene is also an accredited Mediator on the panel of the following organizations:-
